Product introduction
Alias of Calcium hydrogen phosphate is Dicalcium Phosphate[DCP] with a molecular formula of CaHPO4.2H2O and molecular weight of 172.10. Easily soluble in dilute Hydrochloric Acid, dilute Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid, low soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, with low moisture absorption, it begins to lose its crystal water at 90 degree Celsius and convert to calcium pyrophosphate above 400 degree Celsius. It is used to supply mineral nutrition such as phosphorus and calcium, which can be easily digested and absorbed. It accelerates animals to grow, shortens the period for animals to fat up and increases its weight, breeding rate. "SANJIA" and "FUYIN" Brand Feed Grade DCP include 17% and 18% as its Phosphorous percent , powder & granular as its granularity. The Granular DCP is made from Powder DCP by machine-pressing, without any caking agent. Its little powder ameliorates working conditions and reduces the loss of product. Application
In food processing industry, it is used as bulking agent, dough Conditioner, buffer, nutritional supplement, emulsifier, stabilizer. Such as bulking agent for flour, cake, pastres, baked products; Conditioner for complex type of bread; Improver for fried food. Also used in biscuits, milk powder, cold drink and powder for ice cream. As nutritional supplement and quality improver.
Usage: Feed DCP is extensively applied in improving hybridization rate, pregnant rate and survive rate, enhancing livestock the capability of anti-plague and anti-disease, avoiding rickets, paralysis, diarrhea and soft-shell, preventing pig, chicken from disordering feeding, helping growth, increasing the output of egg and meat.
