3. Can this drone fly autonomously?
Yes. It has an autonomously flying app in the remote controller you will mark the points on the app, and the drone will carry out the plan autonomously
4. Does the drone need phone signal/internet to work?
During the spraying, the drone can still work without signal/internet. When planning a plot, you need the Internet. You can plan the plot and save it at home or anywhere else with an Internet connection.
5. I do not know how to operate the drone, how about the training?
We provide you detailed operation videos and manuals, also we will give you first flight instruction. Operation is very easy, we will give you all life online support to help you learn operation of the drone. And with automatically flying app, it is more easier for beginners.
6. I have not imported things from other countries, how to do it ?
We can send drone to your port directly, you can find local customs broker to help you do importing process. It is very easy. And we can recommend your local importing agent to help you if we have.
7. Is uav sprayer drone ready to fly?
Yes. Before dispatch, JOYANCE will assemble the agriculture drone, set parameters and test flight in the field, ensure that all the drones are 100% qualified and ready to fly.
8. What's your payment term?
50% deposit, balance before delivery.
9. Do you have warranty?
Yes. We provide 3 years warranty for main frame, and 1 year warranty for main parts like remote controller and 3 months warranty for wearing parts. And we provide all life after sales service and technical support. Whenever you contact us, we are here to help you.
