3.Maintenance of hydraulic oil filter element:
a. b. When changing hydraulic oil, all hydraulic oil filter elements (return filter element, suction filter element, pilot filter element) must be replaced at the same time, otherwise it is equivalent to not changing.

c. Distinguish the hydraulic oil grade. Different grades and brands of hydraulic oil should not be mixed, which may react and deteriorate to produce flocculent substances. It is recommended to use the specified oil for this excavator.

d. Before refueling, it is necessary to install the oil suction filter element. The pipe mouth covered by the oil suction filter element directly leads to the main pump. If impurities are introduced, it will accelerate the wear of the main pump, and if it is heavy, it will start the pump.

e. Fill the oil to the standard position, and there is usually an oil level gauge on the hydraulic oil tank. Look at the level gauge. Pay attention to the parking method, generally all oil cylinders are fully retracted, that is, the forearm and bucket are fully extended and landed.
