K2038W Two-point lock
The product adopts a two-point lock handle composed of YL102 high-quality die-casting aluminum alloy handle, base, gear, and YX041 high-quality die-casting zinc alloy fork. (YL is the abbreviation of die-casting aluminum alloy, so as to distinguish the different materials of the large seat) It can be applied to the aluminum alloy inner and outer casement, inner opening and inner inverted window. The design style is novel, and the double-combination design of inner opening and outer opening. The handle adopts a cylindrical and radian design, the two ends of the base adopt a semi-circular design, and the middle inclined position adopts a semi-circular arc design. The overall streamlined design presents a curvaceous beauty. The handle can be rotated at an angle of 0-90-180 degrees. Optional 25-38 long middle fork and 25-75 long side fork. (Note: It is used for inner side opening when equipped with a middle fork, and it is used for outer side opening when equipped with a side fork). Different lengths of middle forks and side forks can be selected according to different profiles.
Surface treatment: The surface treatment of the product is sprayed with Norwegian Jotun polyester powder, which guarantees no fading or discoloration for five years. (color optional)
Test standard: The product has undergone 35,000 repeated opening and closing tests without damage, and meets the requirements of the JG/T 124-2017 standard.
