Light steel structure building is a new type of building structure system, which is formed by the main steel
framework linking up H-section, Z-section, and U-section steel components, roof and walls using a variety
of panels and other components such as windows and doors. Light steel structure building is widely used
in warehouses, workshops, large factories, and so on.
 
Mauritius steel structure logistic building project:

Mauritius logistic project is a building with 3-floor office areas to meet up the official and logistic demands at the same time. Based the customer's request, the steel structures are hot dip galvanized ones to deal with the anti-rust requirements. The wall is using the horizontal installed V780 wave-shape colorbond steel sheet which is in perfect aesthetic situation. The lean-to building in front of the facade is equipped with aluminium louver. This buildin will be a land-mark in the local place.

Product Application

 

Steel structure building componet system:primary members H steel , secondary members, roof and wall sheeting (or sandwich panel)connected to each other and various other building components. These buildings can be provided with different structural and non-structural additions such as skylights, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, louvers, roof monitors, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, canopy, bridge crane if need, insulation etc., based on the customer's requirements. All the steel buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight and high in strength. Thus steel building designs have become more flexible, durable and adaptable over the last four decades which has made steel one of the preferred materials for building

LJ steel structure warehouse building has features of high fire resistance, strong corrosion resistance. Steel structure warehouse is mainly refers to the main bearing component is composed of steel. Including the steel columns, steel beam, steel structure, steel roof truss.Each component using welds, bolts or rivets to connect.

The roof and wall can be made of composite panel or veneer. Galvanized sheet metal can prevent rust and corrosion. The use of self-tapping screw can make the connection between the plates more closely, to prevent leakage. You can also use composite panel for roof and wall. The sandwich is polystyrene, glass fiber, rock wool, polyurethane. They have good thermal insulation, heat insulation, fire-retardant. The wall of the steel structure maintenance also can use brick wall. The cost of a brick wall is higher than galvanized steel roof and wall.

The usage scale includes large-scale workshop, or warehouse, supermarkets, entertainment centers and modular steel structure garage.
Packaging & Shipping
 
Steel productes loading and unloading:
The packing method for main steel frame use steel pallet, This method packing can better protect the steel frame, and alos the loading and unloading will be fast and convenient since it could be taken as a whole.(see attached photo). The best advantage can save the quantity of shipping contaier, so it will save the cost of  ocean freight, save unlading time and cost.
