Description:
Myrrh gum is a sap-like substance (resin) that comes out of cuts in the bark of trees that are members of the Commiphora species. Commiphora mukul, a related species, is not a source of myrrh. Myrrh is used to make medicine.
Function:
1. loosen bowel to relieve constipation
2. regulate intestinal flora
3. enhance immunity
4. protecte liver from chemical injury
5. With the function of detumescence, frankincense myrrh is use to treat swollen
6. Relieving pain and invigorating the circulation of blood
7. Can be used for bleeding sore and chest/abdominal pains caused by blood stasis, often with myrrh
8. Can be used for treatments of stomachache due to emotional depression and the hyperactive liver-qi attacking the stomach, often with rhizoma cyperi and Radix Curcumae
