Send us your detailed 3D drawings (STEP, IGS) plus 2D drawings with tolerance and dimensions along with material, surface treatment requirements, etc.
2. How quickly can you provide me a quotation?
Quotations are turned around usually in 48 hours (during business hours) depending on complexity.
3. Can I get free samples for testing?
We may offer free or charged samples depending on your product requirement.
4. What's the timeframe to produce my parts?
Typically around 3-4 weeks lead time for production, but that may vary depending on our workloads and complexity of your product.
5. What are your payment terms?
Wire transfer to our bank account.
6. How do you ship the finished goods?
For small samples we will air freight, but for production it will depend on your finished size and weight of your goods. For small goods we can air freight, for large we typically will send by sea or rail (depending on your location).
