EPS Cement Sandwich Panel is a kind of lightweight energy saving wall material, which uses cement calcium silicate or reinforced calcium silicate board as face panel, filled with cement, Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) foam particles as core material and forming by one time compound.

The EPS lightweight panel production line mainly have these parts foaming system, storage system, conveying system, measuring system, mixing system, casting system, demolding system. Demoulding, 20panels/time. So can save a lot of your labor cost.

Main equipment

1)Mixing system:(include mixer, platform)

1)Double-shaft mixer
Capacity available :1.2/1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0/3.5 sqm 
Introduce:the mixer capacity is related to the mould car quantity. 
Features: the double shaft is to blend the raw material more even ,also save time . When mould car qty over 10 units, we recommend to use the secondary mixing mixer. This can save time of 01st mixer, improve efficiency.

2)Platform
-Measuring platform,
-Mixing platform (necessary),
-Casting platform (necessary),
-Electric control cabinet platform ,
-Auxiliary Platform /Calcium Silicate Board installation platform 
ps:Besides necessary platform , other platform we can equip as client requirement . 

3)MOVABLE/FIXED FEEDING MACHINE:
It can help convey concrete mixing material into the mold car. It is made up by pump and technical industrial hose, pump convey method avoid the air holes. The feeding machine can be moveable or fixed, matched well with mold car, easily operate. 
4) Mould car:
This is the part to form eps cement sandwich wall panel.It can cast 20pcs to 36pcs panels per time according to different panel thickness. The mold car qty depends on panel production capacity. It can be moveable or fixed.

4)Automatic de-molding&tilting system:
→Pull out the panels automatically, it can pull out 20 panels at one time 
→turn over the board make it horizontally for stacking

Our factory located at Dezhou city, Shandong province, China.

3.How do we come to your factory?
 If you are in Shanghai, take fast train from Hongqiao to Dezhou East, it takes 3-4h.
 If you are in Beijing, take fast train from Beijing South to Dezhou East, it takes 1.5h.
We will pick you up at the destination station.


4.What is your payment term ?
You can transfer the payment via T/T. We will provide you the bank detail.
Generally, 30% prepaid and the rest 70% should be paid before shipping.
