For the custom sample, our sample fee is depend on your design and fabric requirements.

3. The sample charge refundable or not ?
A: Yes , we can refund your sample cost when you place mass order over 100pcs per design .
4. What is your time of making samples and mass order?
A: Sample order usually is 2 to 7 workdays, depend on your design and fabric requirements.
Mass order usually is 7-15 days depends on the final quantity.
5. Can you custom private label, hang tag and PP bag with my own logo ?
A: Yes, we can. Please send us your design artworks.
6. Which file do you want for the design? How to get artwork?
A: AI and PDF file is the best , or PSD file , or TIF file , or you can send the high quality picture to us , our professional design team will make the printing file for your confirmation.
