1. Equipment DescriptionThis equipment is mainly applicable for the dynamic balance for new energy self-driven hubs, machine tool spindles, electric spindles, rotors, motors and other high-speed components.
2. Main Features:2.1 It has servo-motor drive which is high speed and stable. It is also equipped with half-cover or fully enclosed protective hood.
2.2 High-sensitivity sensor with high-precision data acquisition system, Maximum accuracy can meet balance grade G0.4.
2.3 It has the powerful multi-functional software and can measure the dynamic balance of single-plane and double-plane.
2.4 It has the functions of vibration spectrum analysis, IS01940 standard calculation, independent vibration value detection, measurement data traceability, printing and saving of measurement results.
2.5 It adopts Labview as the signal processing system.
2.6 It always maintains the leading technical level and is the domestic pioneer in the field of high-speed dynamic balance testing for machine tool spindle. It can be benchmarked with the same equipment of Taiwan G-tech.
