1.What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs, lower quantity trial order is also available.
 

2.Can I get samples?

Sample is availabel. Sample fee will be paid by customers and it will be refund when make mass producction.
 

3.How long is the sample lead time?

It will be takes about 5-10 days after confirming the sample details.
 

4.How long is the production lead time?

It normally takes about 35-45 days, depend on order quantity.
 

5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own design team, so you only provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
 

6. How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System. 
 

7.What is your payment term?

30% deposite paid by T/T, 70% balance before shipping.
