Q2:Which kind of payment terms do you accept?
A: For small order,you can pay by T/T,Western Union or Paypal,bulk order by T/T to our company account.
Q3:Will you supply samples for test the quality?
A: Free samples for the quality evaluation for most products, but customers only need to undertake the shipping fee for delivery the samples to your destionation.
Q4:What's your MOQ?
A: For the high value product, our MOQ starts from 10g,100g and 1kg.
Q5:Is there a discount?
A: Yes, for larger quantity, we always support with better price.The more you order,the cheaper.
Q6.Which transportation do we use?
A:Samples could be DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS, Fedex, and so on. For mass orders, it will be delivered by air or sea.
Q7:Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery,International Authorized Third-Party Test for the products if you need are highly welcomed.
Q8:How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 3 to 5days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Depending on your location, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive.
For small order, please expect 3-7 days by DHL FEDEX EMS.
For mass order, please allow 5-8 days by Air, 15-30 days by Sea.

A:Powder: PE bag, glass bottle or PTFE bottle for inner packing, and aluminium foil bag for outer packing.
Liquid: glass bottle or PTFE bottle for inner packing, and aluminium foil bag for outer packing.
Bulk order: Fiber drum or steel drum.
Q10:How should I keep the products?
A: Storage: Store in cool & dry place, keep away from strong light and heat.
