1. Summary

TS2500 consists of excitation and measurement host, automatic measurement software. It's specially used to testing magnetic properties of motor laminated stator or electrical steel core.It can automatically measure the iron loss and other magnetic parameters of the motor stator core or other types of electrical steel core within a certain frequency range.

Core Magnetic Properties Measurement
  1. Testing silicon core or stator core by direct winding.
  2. Setting multiple test points according to frequency and magnetic flux density B.
  3. Measurement Ps by locking B value.
  4. Magnetic parameters: magnetic field strength Hm, magnetic flux density Bm, specific total loss Ps, specific apparent power Ss, waveform coefficient FF, total loss P, etc.
  5. Draw magnetic characteristic curves: hysteresis loop, Ps-Hm,Ps-Bm curves, etc.

  2. Note[4] : Don't move the measured core and coils, repeated measurements for serval times, and calculate measurement repeatability.
