The plane polishing machine is suitable for rust removal and mirror polishing of various metal external surfaces of rectangular section profiles. Dry polishing is adopted for polishing. Each time, different thickness polishing can be completed. It is mainly used for surface polishing of various square tubes, rectangular tubes, strip steel bars, square steel bars, and Flat noodles. The complete production line equipment mainly consists of three parts: polishing machine, feeding rack, and discharging rack, which provide high-quality sanding and polishing treatment for square surfaces of aluminum, iron, copper, and stainless steel. (The shape of the polishing wheel can also be modified to polish profiles with different cross-sections.). Various abrasive tools can be selected (abrasive cloth wheel, nylon wheel, hemp wheel, cloth wheel PVA, and wool wheel), which can complete multiple polishing of different thicknesses
Polishing machines, also known as grinding machines, are often used for mechanical grinding, polishing, and waxing. The working principle is that the electric motor drives the sponge or wool polishing disc installed on the polishing machine to rotate at high speed. Due to the joint action of the polishing disc and the polishing agent, it rubs against the surface to be polished, thereby achieving the purpose of removing paint pollution, oxide layer, and shallow marks. The rotational speed of the polishing disc is generally between 1500 to 3000 r/min, mostly continuously variable, and can be adjusted as needed during construction.
