Work principle
This pump is driven by an electric motor through an elastic coupling to drive an axial series pump (referred to as an oil pump). The oil pump sucks in low-pressure oil from the oil tank and then discharges high-pressure oil. The high-pressure oil enters the front or rear chamber of the hydraulic cylinder through a directional valve, driving the hydraulic cylinder piston. The hydraulic cylinder piston drives the working cylinder piston to perform continuous reciprocating motion. The slurry is sucked and discharged through the inlet and outlet valves of the working cylinder.

1. Low energy consumption. The actual operating power is 30-60% of that of ordinary screw pump, centrifugal pump, diaphragm pump, plunger pump, etc., saving more than 40-70%.
2. High efficiency. The operating efficiency is above 95%. 3. High pressure. The maximum pump pressure can reach 2.5Mpa.
4. High traffic. Automatically switch to high displacement and low flow through the pressure of the oil pump, with an adjustment range of 0-260m/h.
5. High solubility. It can transport solid-liquid mixtures with a moisture content of over 80%.
6. High wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
