In view of the common quality problems of tunnel lining such as vault caving, XN-Z lining micro-expansion grouting material (lining micro-expansion grouting bond) developed by our company has superior performance. The slurry is made from a variety of ultra-fine and high molecular organic and inorganic materials, ultra-fine admixtures, high quality Portland cement, polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, micro-expansion agent, silica sand and other special processes. It has the characteristics of micro-expansion, good fluidity, strong pumpability, slow setting and early strength, and good binding force with lining concrete. The product is easy to use, can be used by adding water and stirring, and the technical indicators fully meet the "tunnel lining vault with mold grouting technical requirements".

Usage and precautions:
1. Clean and install mixing and grouting equipment.
2, the construction should be tested according to the manufacturer's recommended water consumption to determine the best water consumption.
3, the tunnel lining concrete pouring is completed 2 hours, you can start the arch grouting.
4. Prepare materials according to the mix ratio.
5. Put all the weighed single pot into the mixer with water at one time, stir the mixer at low speed, then add all the powder of the weighed single pot and start the vibration motor, stir for 1 minute, turn off the low speed, and scrape the dry material attached to the wall of the mixer into the bucket with a scraper; Cover the bucket and open the high-speed mixing gear. After 3 minutes of high-speed mixing, you can put it into the grouting machine and start grouting.
6, the slurry should be continuously stirred before use and during the pressure injection process, and the flow of the slurry caused by delayed use should not be increased by adding additional water. If the suspension time of grouting is more than 20 minutes, the stirred grouting material should be used after being stirred again.
