Weshine invented Petroleum Distillate Tester(VS-9815 Series) is designed and manufactured in accordance with the standard of ASTM D86, which is applicable to determine quantitatively the boiling range characteristics of such products as natural gasoline, light and middle distillates, automotive spark-ignition engine fuels, aviation gasoline, aviation turbine fuels, 1-D and 2-D regular and low sulfur diesel fuels, special petroleum spirits, naphthas, white spirits, kerosines, and Grades 1 and 2 burner fuels.


The apparatus mainly consists of three parts of distillation unit, condensation unit and the receiving system.

(1). Distillation unit is composed of the heating rate control system and furnace lifting unit. The core part of heating rate
control system is the solid-state voltage regulator, which is simple to install, easy to use, reliable performance, direct viewing to display the output voltage, easy to control. Quartz furnace, compared with the traditional, with the advantages of oil splash proof, against electric shock, anti-oxidation and high thermal efficiency.
 
A open-type observation window for the heating chamber, is very convenient to install the distillation flask, to adjust the height of the furnace support and to cool the furnace.
 
(2). Condensation unit includes compressor refrigerator and bath tank.

(3). Accepting system includes accepting cylinder, cylinder chamber and light unit. The cylinder chamber is made of stainless steel and glass, which is convenient for observation.
