LDPE (low density polyethylene)

insulation, transparency, easy processing and certain air permeability. It has good chemical stability, alkali resistance and
general organic solvent resistance.
Grade: Film
HDPE used for packaging film, rope, woven bags, fishing nets, water pipe; Injection moulding lowgrade commodity and shell, the

PP Features
1. The relative density is small, only 0.89-0.91, which is one of the lightest varieties in plastics.
2, good mechanical properties, in addition to impact resistance, other mechanical properties are better than polyethylene, molding processing performance is good.
3. It has high heat resistance and the continuous use temperature can reach 110-120 °C.
4, good chemical properties, almost no water absorption, and does not react with most chemicals.
5, the texture is pure, non-toxic.

2.PRODUCT PARAMETERS Melt temperature: 220-280ºC
Constant temperature of barrel: 220ºC Mold temperature: 20-70ºC
Injection pressure: with good flow performance, avoid using too high injection pressure 80-140mpa (800-1400bar); Some thin-walled containers can reach 180MPa (1800bar).
Pressure retaining pressure: to avoid shrinkage of the product, it takes a long time to preserve the pressure of the product (about 30% of the cycle time); About 30% to 60% of the injection pressure. Back pressure: 5-20 mpa (50-200bar).
Injection speed: high injection speed (with accumulator) is required for thin-walled packaging containers; Medium injection speed is often more suitable for other types of plastic products.
Screw speed: High screw speed (linear speed of 1.3m/s) is allowed as long as the plasticizing process is completed before the end of the cooling time. Measuring stroke: 0.5-4D (minimum to maximum); It is important that the 4-d metering stroke provides sufficient residence time for the melt. Ok.
Pre-drying: not required; Storage conditions are not good, drying at 80ºC for 1h can be.
Recovery rate: 100% recovery.
Shrinkage rate: 1.2-2.5%; High degree of contraction; Will not shrink after 24h (after molding)
Gate system: point burning or multi-point burning, heating type hot runner, heat preservation type hot runner, inner burning sleeve; The position of the nozzle is at the thickest point of the product, otherwise large shrinkage is easy to occur.
Barrel equipment: standard screw, standard use of three-section screw; For packaging and container products, mixing section and cutting section have special geometry (L:D=25:1), straight-through nozzle, check valve.
