Stearic acid can also be used as a solvent for oil-soluble pigments, a crayon slippering agent, a wax paper polishing agent, an emulsifier for glyceryl stearate, etc. Stearic acid is also widely used in the manufacture of polyvinyl chloride plastic pipes, plates, profiles, films, is a heat stabilizer of polyvinyl chloride, with good lubricity and good light and heat stability. Used in PVC pipes, stearic acid helps prevent "coking" during processing, is an effective heat stabilizer in PVC film processing, and can prevent discoloration of the finished film caused by exposure to sunlight. Stearic acid has become a functional chemicalbook additive for lubricating, plasticizing and stabilizing filled modified masterbatches. Stearic acid can effectively improve the inorganic powder coating activation effect, increase the fluidity of the material, for the inorganic powder accounted for the absolute number of materials when the melt flow rate is large, appropriately increase the content of stearic acid, can significantly increase the melt flow rate of the material.
