Introduce:
Colorless crystals. Odorless, slightly bitter taste; Extremely deliquescent. Easily soluble in water, soluble in alcohol, insoluble in ether. Its aqueous solution is neutral or weakly alkaline and corrosive. When heated to 260 ºC, it dehydrates and becomes anhydrous.
Usages:
1.Used as a calcium fortifier, chelating agent, curing agent, and refrigeration agent in the food industry.
2: Used as a calcium supplement for feed.
3: As a coagulant, according to Chinese regulations, it can be used in soy products in moderation according to production needs.
