The monofilament extrusion line can produce monofilament from various raw materials, such as PET/PBT/PP, and PET bottle flake recycled. Monofilament is mainly used in civil and industrial cleaning brushes, brooms and other high-end cleaning supplies, as well as exported Christmas trees and other craft products.

The line can produce a variety of blooming or non-flowering, horizontal, coiled, and monofilaments of various cross-sectional shapes and diameters. In terms of design concept, this production line integrates humanization and specialization, combined with our company's 20 years of experience in plastic filament production, which greatly improves the utilization rate of raw materials and product quality.

After Sales Service

Pre-service:
Professional engineers to provide pre-sales technical advice and guidance supporting the planning, such as unit selection, matching, room design, answer difficult questions encountered by the user during use and provide technical guidance.
 
The sale:
Our company will send professional and technical personnel to the installation site for installation and commissioning of the unit after receiving user notification , and do a good job with the user acceptance.
Standard unit responsible for guiding installation, commissioning.
 
After-service:
The warranty period: from the date of acceptance or the date of one year warranty accumulated 1,000 hours (whichever occurs both), as a result of parts factory assembled negligence or improper design and selection of raw materials and other reasons caused the damage or other unit fault, may be responsible for the warranty by the supplier.

Installation Instructions
  • After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to us; Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
  • We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed.
  • Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines.
  • Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer's factory.
  • The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. visa, airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of USD80 per day for each technician.
