1.What is your MOQ?
Normally, our MOQ for production is 3,000 pieces. We could accept less quantity for your initial trial order. Please feel free to inform us how many pieces you require. We will calculate the production cost accordingly. Hope we could have happy co-operation and you could do large quantities after checking the quality of our stainless steel tumblers, coffee mugs and water bottles etc. and know our services.
2.Can I get samples?
Surely you could get samples. We usually provide existing sports water bottle vacuum flask cups samples for free. But a little sample charges for customized designs. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to a certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have the international express carrier account, it will be fine to ship them with your account. If not, you could pay the freight charges to us, then the samples will be shipped with our account. It takes about 3-7 days to arrive you.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing plates, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the files do you need if I want my own design?
You could send your origin artworks in AI, PDF, EPS etc. We have our own designers in house. So you can also provide JPG etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. What colors are available for the custom double wall vacuum insulated water bottle and stainless steel flask?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you like. We will match the colors. We will recommend some popular colors to you as well.
