1. Aspoxicillin is a broad-spectrum semi-synthetic penicillin with strong antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus spp, Streptococcus spp and Pneumococcus spp, and also against Gram-negative bacteria such as E. coli, H. influenzae and anaerobic Bacillus spp.
