CHINASTAR LAMINATED GLASS

DescriptionChinastar make the laminated glass with various of combination as clear and/or tinted float glass, clear and/or colored PVB film to meet any specialized request and application. We have the full series of equipment to make the glass laminated as Flat, Bending, Curved and Tempered, also the Bullet Proof glass etc.
PropertySafety glass for safe breakage or overhead glazing can be combined with other glass functions for additional comfort: security, thermal insulation, acoustic insulation, low-maintenance and decorative glass.
Function
  1. Safety: When a building with laminated glass is affected by a storm, earthquake or explosion, the glass fragments can be kept intact in the door and window frames, which will not cause harm to indoor personnel.
  2. Anti-theft: Laminated glass has excellent anti-intrusion ability, which greatly increases the difficulty of entering the room through breaking glass, and has the characteristics of resisting violent invasion.
  3. Anti-ultraviolet: PVB uses high-performance anti-ultraviolet additives, which can block more than 99% of ultraviolet rays, give indoor furniture or personnel extra protection, to avoid fading and aging caused by long-term ultraviolet irradiation.
  4.  Heat insulation: Laminated glass can filter a large number of infrared rays, reduce heat conduction in the indoor and outdoor, to reduce air conditioning load in summer has a significant function, so as to reduce energy consumption.
  5.  Sound insulation: Laminated glass can effectively reduce the penetration of sound waves to the glass, achieve good sound insulation effect, reduce the outdoor noise conduction, and make the indoor environment more peaceful and comfortable.

Application
