Product description
The filter chamber is made of filter plates. The slurry materials are sent to filter chamber by the pressure of feeding pump and then go into filtrating media (filter cloth) to separate solid and liquid in slurry material.
Widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical,metallurgy,dyes,food,brewing ceramics and environmental protection industries. Filter press by a number of filter plates and filter frame combined to form a filter chamber, and pressure as the driving force of the filter.

Design features of production

Membrane filter press plate by the diaphragm plate and the chamber arrangement of the composition filter chamber,the conveying pump slurry under pressure to enter the filter chamber through the filter media (filter cloth) in the slurry of solid and liquid separation, when the slurry in the solid form after the cake ,again through the diaphragm into the air ,the filter press room full of solid, lower moisture content. Filter for viscous materials
 
Automatically pull the plate filter press with PLC control, can filter press for the operations(such as compression plate ,drip plate combined with open ,loose plates, pull plates), and left the remote control interface , to remote automatic operation control.
 
Mechanical compression filter driven by the motor reducer , the motor reducer, the drive components to promote the pressure plate champing plate. Compression screw and nut design a reliable self-locking helix angle, when pressed to ensure the reliability and stability. Comprehensive protection with automatic motor control. Can be achieved on the motor overheating and overload protection.
