Agaricus subrufescens (syn. Agaricus blazei, Agaricus brasiliensis or Agaricus rufotegulis) is a species of mushroom, commonly known as almond mushroom, almond agaricus, mushroom of the sun, God's mushroom, mushroom of life, royal sun agaricus, jisongrong, or himematsutake and by a number of other names. Agaricus subrufescens is edible, with a somewhat sweet taste and a fragrance of almonds.

A2: Our main product is fungus mushrooms, including black fungus, snow fungus, shiitake mushrooms, pleurotus eryngii, cordyceps flower and so on.
Q3: How do you keep foods fresh?
A3: We sell the foods according to the season. All of them are dried by sun, which could greatly guarantee the quality. Our factory was located in Zhangzhou, whose annual sunshine is about 2000-2300 hours. Zhangzhou is located in the subtropical zone, and the climatic conditions are superior with plenty of sunshine. And we have 12000 square meter of area for forzen warehousing.
