1.Standard, this instrument conforms to GB/T 11145-2014ASTM D2983 lubricant low temperature viscosity determination method (Brockfelt viscometer method) standard.
2.Performance characteristics
1. The instrument adopts the integrated design of viscometer and instrument, adopts the rotor automatic lifting mode, accurate positioning, and has the rotor positioning memory function, so as to ensure the accuracy of the test results, the test results are excellent repeatability.
2. The control part adopts the advanced programmable controller (PLC) control system, and is matched with the 10-inch LCD touch screen, full touch operation, to realize the intelligent control of the test program.
3. On the basis of a large number of experiments, the company has written the temperature curve parameters corresponding to the samples in the cold bath and test tube into the instrument. When the user tests, the instrument can automatically control the corresponding cold bath temperature with the control accuracy up to ±0.1ºC.
4. The instrument refrigeration system adopts imported compressor, cooling speed is fast. Using cold bath visual window design, can be observed at any time in test tube sample and rotor position.
5. Double hole design is adopted in the cold bath, two samples can be placed at the same time, which also provides convenience for users to observe and monitor the sample temperature.
