1.What is the lead time?
For small orders, normally is 1-3days after we get your payment.

30% T/T, balanced payment before delivery for big orders.
100% total payment after order confirmation for small orders.

4.How long will I receive the package?
Before we deliver, we carefully choose the shipping method and will confirm with you. If it is urgent order, we select fast
express, will need 3-5 days. If not urgent, we select cheap one, will need 8-15 days.
5.Return policy
We only accept products return for below reason:
+ Wrong size from our website you choose.
- the stems size within 5cm shall be accepted.
- the flower heads size within 2cm shall be accepted..
+ Wrong color against the order color. Due to color variances among different monitors and other electronic display devices, the
colors as they appear on your screen may not match the actual colors.
+ Within 7 days after you receive the goods.
+ Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment that was used to place your order.
+ When a gift card (or any other free giveaway) is applicable to an order and if that order is refunded for any reason, the gift
card (or any other free giveaway) used in that order cannot be refunded.
+ We cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT and the goods clearing
