Galvanized Steel Coil Color Coating Line with Washing Process for Corrugated Sheet
The production line of colored steel is a complete of production equipment for colored steel plate, and the process is as follows: make the steel coil strips be subject to surface degreasing, parkerising and passivating treatment, then apply multi-layer organi coatings(e.g.,coatings of modified resin(SMP),high weather-resistant polyester (HDP),polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) etc.) on the strip surface by means of continuous roller coating and finally compound to form new functional plates.
The production line is composed of equipment of uncoiler, sewing machine, tension machine, storage machine, degreasing and washing unit, chemical coating machine, roller-coating machine, curing furnace, plate shear, coiler etc.
The finished color coated coil has light weight, beautiful and good corrosion resistance, and can be directly processed, the color is generally gray, blue, brick red, mainly used in advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture industry and transportation industry.
The coating used for color coating coils according to the different environment to choose the appropriate resin, such as polyester silicon modified polyester, PVC plastisol, poly vinylidene chloride and so on. Users can choose according to usage.

2. How to ensure the quality?
*In order to ensure the accuracy of each part, we are equipped with a variety of professional processing equipment and we have accumulated professional processing methods over the past years.
*Each component before assembly needs strictly control by inspecting personnel.
* Each assembly is in charged by a master who has working experience for more than 5 years.
* After all the equipment are completed, we will assembling all the machines and run parts testing for at least 12 hours to ensure the stable running in customers' factory.
3.Do you provide after-sales service?
*After finish the production, we will debug the production line, take photos, videos and send them to customers via mail or instant tools.
*After the commissioning, we will package the equipment by standard export package for shipment.
* We will arrange our engineers to customers' factory to do the installation and training.
*Engineers, sales managers and after-sales service manager will form a after-sales team, online and off line, to follow the customers' project.
