Fuse cutouts are connected with incoming feeders of distribution transformers or other distribution equipments. It is primary applied to protect transformers or lines from short circuits and overload when there is a lightning impluse. It can reponse in a rapid and in time status and realize protection of whole system.
This dropoout is composed of insulator supports and a fuse tube, static contacts are fixed on two sides of insulator support and moving contact on two end of fuse tube. The interior of fuse tube is the extinguishing tube, and exterior is made of phenolic compound paper tube or epoxy glass.
