What's Freeze Dried Cherry Powder?
Cherry Powder is made from fresh acerola cherries. Cherry is Rosaceae, plums several plants collectively. Drupes subglobose or ovoid, red to purplish black, 0.9--2.5 cm in diameter. It flowers from March to May, fruiting from May to September. The freeze-drying process is of great help to keep the color, flavor, and content of the three elements of cherry.
