Product Description
This equipment is a treatment equipment for VOC organic waste gas. The project goal is to carry out environmental protection treatment of organic waste gas discharged during the production process to ensure that the discharge meets the standard. This equipment includes a dry filter box, an organic waste gas adsorption bed, and a CO catalytic combustion device.
 


Technical features:

- The entire system equipment realizes the automation of purification and desorption process, and the operation process does not produce secondary pollution.
- Two-stage dust filtration is used before the adsorption bed, which has high purification efficiency and ensures the service life of the adsorption device.
- Use specially formed honeycomb activated carbon or zeolite molecular sieve as the adsorption material. Since its specific gravity is 8-10 times that of the strip adsorption fiber, the organic solvent can be adsorbed before regeneration to reach 25% of the total weight of the adsorption material. It has a long service life Long, low operating resistance of the adsorption system, high purification efficiency and so on.
- High-quality precious metal palladium and platinum are used as catalysts on honeycomb ceramics, which have the characteristics of low resistance, high activity, long service life, low decomposition temperature, short desorption preheating time, low energy consumption, and good stability. When the concentration of organic waste gas reaches 2000ppm, it can maintain spontaneous combustion. The catalytic burner has high conversion efficiency and stable performance. The catalytic combustion rate is above 97%.
- Use waste heat to save energy. The desorption and desorption of organic waste gas in this device all use hot air as the desorption medium, and this hot air flow comes from the waste heat after catalytic combustion in the system. After desorption, the concentrated organic waste gas enters the catalytic burner for purification treatment, no additional energy is required, and the operating cost is greatly reduced.
- PLC control system is adopted to realize automation of equipment operation and operation process, and the operation process is safe, stable and reliable. For example, the catalytic combustion heating part is automatic, and the desorption process is automatic program control, and the desorption temperature is automatically controlled by the temperature signal feedback during desorption.
