Axial fan FK/JK series high pressure axial fan for mine

Mine Ventilation Fan is composed by impeller, cabinet (including support) and electric machinery. The impeller with three vanes fixed in the axis of eclectic machinery. So its well working. The support joined with bracket is columnar and made up of FRP material. No collision and extrusion when fixing and repairing the blower. This kind of blower can run a long time.

Structural feature
The local fan is equipped with a protective net at the inlet part to prevent foreign matter larger than 50mm from entering the fan and playing a protective role inside the fan. Each fan has a permanent grounding mark, and the clearance between the impeller and the housing is 2.5mm. After normal operation for a certain period of time, the local fan should stop for maintenance, clean the foreign matter dust on the impeller and check whether the impeller is damaged. Whether the motor is abnormal.
