1. The material is heated by (three or two) stages upper and lower infrared heating furnace, and the temperature of each segment is adjustable.
2. The main frame is welded or jointed by steel profile. So it has enough strength and stiffness.
3. All metal surfaces have been treated with rust preventive coating.
4. Two kinds of cutting mold
(1)Aluminum Movable cutting mold: Each blade is consist of blade holder and locating block. Switch on the heating system when use the cutter, the products would be smooth and no spot on it.
(2)Laser wood cutter: the blade holder is made by plywood. The profile of the cutting line is cut out by laser , then the blades are inserted into blade holder. The cost is low, suitable for low-demand products.
5. Quick mold change device. Before mold installation,switch on the manual valve,the air locking mechanism will open, after moving the mold onto the right position, switch off the manual valve, then the air locking mechanism will close to realize quick mold change. The whole process need 10 minutes.
6. There are a number of protective measures. Any action that may cause collision with each other are prevented.
7. Manual/automatic two working mode. All settings are implemented on the touch screen. After the operator put the material on position and press the automatic switch ,the equipment will complete the whole forming process. Manual mode is mainly used for mold change and sample test.
