Ofloxacin is a new generation of fluoroquinolone drugs structurally related to nalidixic acid. Oral administration has a broad spectrum of antibacterial activity against most Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and certain anaerobic bacteria. Clinical trials have shown that fluoxazine is effective for systemic infections and acute and chronic urinary tract infections. Acid tolerance is also good, and clinical practice to date suggests that bacterial resistance to flurazin does not appear to occur. Therefore, fluoxazine is a valuable and effective oral drug.
It is used for respiratory system caused by sensitive bacteria, genitourinary system, biliary tract, abdominal cavity and ENT, etc. It also has good curative effect on typhoid fever.
Ofloxacin mainly for the gram negative bacteria caused by respiratory, throat, tonsils, urinary tract (including prostate),
skin and soft tissue, gallbladder and bile duct, middle ear, nasal, lacrimal sac, intestines and other parts of the acute
and chronic infection.
