Functions and characteristics:

EPS916 integrates the three functions of common rail, medium pressure and single pump nozzle into one, and integrates with Delphi E3, Cummins ISX, VP37, VP44, and other functions to drive the pump to meet the current market demand for all detection.

The test bench software system contains all testing functions. Including all the standard functions and optional function. Standard functions has free accessories. Selection functions just need paid Mechanical hardware. Then the optional functions will open. 

Standard function:
1.Automatically test various common rail solenoid valve injector and piezo injector.
2.Automatically test all common rail pump.
3.Automatically test Denso HPO pumps with 2 pins double magneto electric sensor or 3 pins single magneto electric Hall sensor.
4.Automatically test the performance of injector solenoid valve.
5.Automatically test voltage-current curve of the injector.

Optional function:
1.Automatically test C7/C9/C-9,C3126/3408,  Ford Power Stroke 6.0L, and so on HEUI products.
2.Automatically test CAT 320D Pump.
3.Automatically test CAT HEUI actuating pump.
4.Automatically test VP37 and VP44 pump
5.Automatically test RED4 Pump .
6.Automatically test Bosch, CAT, CUMMINS, DDC, Delphi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo EUI/EUP and dual-valve E3, CUMMINS ISX and other special products. 
7.With fuel injection response time (BIP) test function which can judge the overall performance of EUI/EUP quickly and accurately.
8.Cummins HPI system test(Cummins X15,Q60 injector).
9.Test six injectors at the same time.
10.Denso and Delphi QR code.

Mainly Characteristics:

1.Industrial Air-conditioner,Double temperature control stainless steel tank  to keep the oil temperature controlled at 40±2ºC.

2.Equipped with original Bosch DRV and ZME, The rail pressure  controlled at ±0.5 Mpa,Temperature control rail pipes,the rail pressure range at 0-250Mpa.

3.Equipped with Germany high precision flow sensor, the flow range is 0.008-4L/Min, the test precision is 0.3%.

4.Compact universal stand can test 6 solenoid valve injectors or Piezo injectors successively at one time.

5.NT1500 High precision (BIP) CAM drive

6.Lubrication oil system: ensure the stability of the tested parts.

7.Middle pressure common rail special bracket.

8.Main motor 11KW,We provide three types of model three-phase, 380V/50Hz, three-phase 220V/60Hz and two-phase 220V/60Hz in convenient for the different need of power supply in different countries.
