Introduction
1.Purpose and performance: DIY-H series oil heater is made of high-quality stainless steel and has an automatic constant temperature function. It is installed in the engine tank sump. After power on, the heater works when the oil temperature is lower than 43°C, the heater stops working when the oil temperature is higher than 45°C. run in cycles.

3. Installation method: unscrew the oil drain screw of the oil pan, turn on the heater and then power on to work normally
Installation
1. row cleaning unit;
2. select the proper position on the base beam of the unit and fix the heater on the base beam with bolt, and use the nozzle upwards;
3. the water inlet (horizontal interface) of the heater is connected with the water pipe under the water tank by a hose, and the water outlet (vertical interface) is connected with the upper water channel of the machine body, and the clamps on both ends of the inlet and outlet hose are tightly
4. open the back cover of the heater cover, connect the power line and the ground protection wire to the terminal, and cover the electric housing.
5. check the heater and the components in each pipe are correct, the installation of each componentis
6. fill the unit with cooling water and check if the new piping is leaking. After putting on the power, the heater should be in the working state, and the temperature of the outlet of the felt heater should be gradually raised. Otherwise, the power supply should be cut off immediately, and the air in the pipeline will be discharged again
