PTFE coated fiberglass open mesh conveyor belt,also named PTFE belt,we select fine fiberglass,Kevlar or Nomex as basic weaving material,coated with excellent PTFE resin to make it into various of PTFE belt.
PTFE belt features:high temperature resistance,chemical resistance,anti corrosion,non stick and easy to clean,it is suitable for textile drying,chemical and medicine drying industries etc.
 
 
PTFE belt open mesh belt edge reinforcement methods:
1.due to crisp character of fiberglass,the PTFE fiberglass conveyor belt should not be fold,wrinkled,or the strength of the belt would decrease.
2.The PTFE fiberglass conveyor belt should be packed in roll shape,placed under ordinary temperature,dry condition.
3.Different joint method is suitable to different size PTFE fiberglass belt,generally,when the belt is wider than 2m,or longer than 10m,then it is better to choose bullnose joint,or people could choose steel alligator joint ans spiral joint.
 
4.PTFE fiberglass belt normally used for those machines whose roller diameter bigger than 10mm,for smaller roller,it is better to
choose steel alligator or spiral joint.
5.For microwave drying machine,never choose metal joint like alligator.
6.6008,6012,6007 have double weft yarn.Double weft yarn belt have better strength and perform better on wide machines.If the machine width is bigger than 2 m,then it is better to choose double weft PTFE fiberglass belt.
