When metal passes through the sensor, eddy currents are generated in the metal, which changes the high-frequency magnetic field of the probe. The signal amplification and processing circuit detects this change, and sends the amplified output signal to the main control loop to generate a control signal and control the drive circuit. Output, make this machine alarm indication output and external output action, realize the use of the weak change signal generated when metal enters the probe's high-frequency magnetic field, analyze and process it through the industrial control digital circuit and drive the actuator action, so as to eliminate the hazardous metal.
