Imidacloprid is systemic insecticide with translaminar activity and with contact and stomach action. Readily taken up by the plant and further distributed acropetally, with good root-systemic action.

| Mode of action | Systemic insecticides: Systemic insecticides become incorporated and distributed systemically throughout the whole plant. When insects feed on the plant, they ingest the insecticide. Contact insecticides: Contact insecticides are toxic to insects upon direct contact. |
Function:
1.Control of sucking insects, including rice-, leaf- and plant-hoppers, aphids, thrips and whitefly.
2.Also effective against soil insects, termites and some species of biting insects, such as rice water weevil and Colorado beetle.
3.Has no effect on nematodes and spider mites.
4. Used as a seed dressing, as soil treatment and as foliar treatment in different crops.
Applied at 25-100 g/ha for foliar application, and 50-175 g/100 kg seed for most seed treatments, and 350-700 g/100 kg cotton seed.
5.Used to controls fleas in dogs and cats.
Precautions:
1. This product should not be mixed with alkaline pesticides or substances.
2. Do not pollute beekeeping, sericulture sites and related water sources during use.
3. Appropriate medication, banned medication two weeks before harvest.
4. If inadvertently eat, immediately induce vomiting and promptly sent to hospital for treatment
5. storage should be kept away from food to avoid danger.
