Rosmarinic acid (Water-soluble)------ a natural polyphenol antioxidant carboxylic acid Isolated from Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial activities, the antioxidant activity of rosmarinic acid is stronger than that of vitamin E, which is widely used for food preservation.
