This edge bander can be used for edge banding of MDF board, Plywood, Solid Wood, Chipboard (Melamine laminated), and the Glazed board ( prefer to add the PUR glue system). 

Functions illustration:



1. Solid welded body frame to ensure the stability of the machine.
2. Controlled by encoder ensure high precision.

3. Comes with the pre-milling unit to ensure the straightness of the panel board and to align with gluing unit.
4. Double overhead glue melting station to cope with different tape requirements.
5. PUR melting unit for handling high requirement edge banding. The pre-melting device prevents the glue from over-heat in the heating pot. Automatically inject glue when the melting unit is in low quantity. 
6. In order to enhance the edge banding performance, the machine adopts a 10 rolls belt pressing structure.
7. Adopts double rails end-cutting unit and four motor corner rounding, to achieve the rapid motion of the machine and high quality of edge banding.
8. Profile Scraping and Flat Scraping further refine the edge and remove excess glue from the surface.
8. End-cutting and corner rounding units adopt SMC brand pneumatic components, to ensure working performance.
9. Inverter from Shihlin brand from Taiwan. PLC and touch screen as Delta brand from Taiwan.
