Q1: How many types of bentonite cat litter can you provide?
A: (1)By shape: Ball type and crushed type.
(2)By performance: Regular grey bentonite cat litter and activiated carbon cat litter
(3)By smell: Scented and no-scented.
Q2: How long is your delivery time?
A: it is 10-15 days if the packing are in stock. or it is 25 days if the packing is customized (OEM)
Q3: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance, the balance against BL copy.
Q5: Can we do customized packing and printing?
A: Yes, customized packing and printing is accepted. And price is based on detail design.Usually we do 5L=4kg and 10L=8kg PE or paper bags for clients.
Q6: Can I have a combination of no scent and scented?
A: It's OK, pls advice the rate of each type, so that we can offer you price separately.
