Chondroitin Sulfate is an amino sugar and a prominent precursor in the biochemical synthesis of glycosylated proteins and lipids. Glucosamine is part of the structure of the polysaccharides chitosan and chitin, which compose the exoskeletons of crustaceans and other arthropods, as well as the cell walls of fungi and many higher organisms.
1. Thiamazole mechanism of action is inhibition of the thyroid peroxidase, preventing attract the oxidation of iodide in the thyroid and glycine coupling, hinder the thyroxine (T4) and thyroid original three iodine glycine (T3) synthesis.
2. In animal experiments, it was observed that it could inhibit the synthesis of antibodies by B lymphocytes, reduce the level of thyroid stimulating antibodies in blood circulation, and restore the function of inhibitive T cells to normal.
