I. Overview
CY-WES-300B electro-hydraulic universal testing machine is mainly used for mechanical properties testing of tensile, compression, bending and shearing of metal materials, adding simple accessories and devices, and testing concrete, concrete, rubber and their products.
It is widely used in material testing and analysis of aerospace, machinery manufacturing, building materials and other industries. It is an ideal test equipment for research institutes, universities, industrial and mining enterprises, technical supervision, commodity inspection and arbitration departments.
(1) The main engine adopts the under-cylinder structure of the cylinder. The stretching space is located above the main machine. The compression and bending test space is located between the lower beam and the workbench below the mainframe. The test space is adjusted by the movement of the lower beam, and the lower beam is lifted and lowered by the motor. , chain drive mechanism, screw drive.
(2) The test machine adopts convenient manual valve for open-loop test control, drives precision gap seal hydraulic cylinder, completes performance test of tensile, compression and bending resistance of the sample, and the operation is direct, fast and efficient, and meets the requirements of national standards.
(3) Measured using the dynamometer test force transducer means, by DRO complete set of test parameters during the test, data acquisition, processing, analysis, storage, screen display size of the test force, loading rate and the maximum test force , further It can automatically obtain the tensile strength, the yield strength of the material with obvious yield characteristics, and calculate the test data such as the elongation after fracture.
(4) With limit protection, overcurrent protection, load overload protection.
