Functions:
Injector test
1. Cleaning: High pressure cleaning for the impurities inside the injectors.
2. Atomization test: to judge whether the injector is blocked through the atomization effect.
3. Sealing test: check whether nozzle, nozzle cap nut and solenoid valve leaks oil.
4. Testing the injection and return volume under VL, TL, LL, VE and VE2 status.
5. Test solenoid valve injectors of different models automatically and test 6 injectors continuously.
EUI EUP, Cater HEUI and pump test:
1. Automatically test injection and return volume, pump chamber pressure, feeding pressure and sealing performance for Bosch, Siemens, Denso ,Delphi and CAT common rail pumps.
2. Automatically test VP37 and VE37 ,VP44 pump test system.
3. Automatically test Bosch, Carter, CUMMINS, DDC, Delphi, Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, EUI/EUP and dual-valve E3,CUMMINS ISX and other special products. Fuel injection response time (BIP) test function can judge the overall performance of EUI EUP quickly and accurately.
4. Automatically test special Denso HPO double magneto electric sensor, single magneto electric Hall and so on DENSO pumps.
5. Automatically test C7/C9/C-9,C3126/3408, Ford Power Stroke 6.0L, and so on middle pressure products.

2. Equipped with original Bosch DRV and ZME, The rail pressure controlled at ±0.5 Mpa,Temperature control rail pipes, the rail pressure range at 0-250Mpa.
