Characteristics 1. Full-servo Control Advanced full servo driving is adopted. There are 8 servo motors to control dumpling machine, which increases the stability of the machine and also makes operation and maintenance much easier.
2. Precise hollow rotating table Molds are installed on precise hollow rotating table which has been registered worldwidely and dough sheet is recycled from the middle of hollow rotating table.
3. IPC Control IPC control is adopted other than PLC control, which is more stable and timely, easy to be extended. Dough pressing part and forming part are connected by EtherCAT protocol, which makes connection easier and communication more stable.
4. Higher pricision, longer service life All independent reducers are imported with high precision, which improves machine precision and prolongs service life.
5. Easy Filling Weight Adjust
Filling part is no longer driven by cam mechanism but controlled by imported reducer. Weight of filling can be adjusted in touch screen and there is no need to adjust the filling part in machine by hand.
6. Machine Structure SUS304 Machine structure is made of stainless steel 304. Good sealing performance and high waterproof performance make the machine can be washed by water.
