Tube settlers, also called lamella clarifiers, can produce by polypropylene(PP) , polyvinyll chloride(PVC), ethylene-propylene copolymer and FRP. Assembly in two from of oblique tube and straight tube.
 
Application
Tube settlers is mainly used for a variety of precipitation and desanding. It has a wide arange of applications, such as high processing effect, small footprint and son on. It is suitable for the new construction and transformation of the existing old pool, and can achieve good economic benefits.It is suitable for the transformation of existing old water tanks.
 
Straight tube is mainly used for bio-filter high- load bio filter, tower bio filter, submerged biological filter(also known as contact oxidation tank) and biological turntable microbial carrier, industrial organic wastewater adn urban sewage biochemical treatment.
 
Inclined tube features
1. Long wet weeks, small hydraulic radius.
2. The laminar flow is good and the sedimentation is not disturbed by flocculation.
3. When the pipe length is 1 meter, the payload is designed according to 3-5 tons/m2. V0 control in the 2.5-3.2 mm/2, the output water quality is good.

Straight tube features

1. Installation of sludge discharge pipe at the bottom of sedimentation tank

The installation sequence of inclined pipe sedimentation tank generally starts from the bottom. The installation of the bottom sludge discharge pipeline system is completed first to ensure that the opening of the sludge discharge pipeline meets the design requirements and is firmly fixed. The next installation process can be allowed only after the inspection is correct.

2. Complete packing support installation

According to the installation construction drawing of packing support for inclined pipe sedimentation tank, firstly install the packing support in place, check that all welding joints are firm, the support strength is enough to bear the weight of filler, and the anti-corrosion treatment is completed on the support surface;

3. Complete the hot joint of inclined pipe filler

According to the hot joint method of inclined pipe filler, each inclined pipe filler is packed as a separate hot joint unit. After one unit is ironed, it is 1m2. After hot welding, it is stacked in order on the site (reserve a small amount of loose pieces for standby).

4. Assembly of inclined tube packing tank

Assemble the hot bonded packing unit from left to right on the upper part of the packing support. Always keep the angle of 60 ° unchanged. Each unit should be properly pressed when assembling in sequence. If the size is not correct when assembling to the far right side, the assembly should be carried out after hot welding with loose pieces of inclined pipe filler according to the size until it is all in place.

5. Upper fixing of inclined pipe packing

Because the specific gravity of inclined pipe packing is 0.92, which is slightly less than water, the inclined pipe packing needs to be pulled up from left to right after being assembled in the tank 10 mm round steel is used for reinforcement (two round steel are required to pass through the upper part of each unit filler). Both ends of the round steel are reliably fixed on the wall of the sedimentation tank. After the installation of the round steel, the loosening and floating phenomenon of the inclined pipe filler in the initial use can be well prevented. The round steel is anticorrosive with epoxy coal- tar pitch.
