Flame detector test adopts IR transmitting tube and UV phottube with output IR waveband scope of ( 0.5μm ~ 5.5μm ) , UV waveband scope of (185 nm ~255 nm) . Under high-speed SCM as the control chip, the IR with characteristic frequency and duty factor can be emitted and UV waveband in line with flame characteristic frquency can be output. Remove the shield, align the test head with the flame detector, and press the key. The distance between detector and flame detector shall not be more than 100 mm.
