| What's Moxifloxacin hcl? Moxifloxacin hydrochloride is a broad spectrum and antimicrobial activity of 8- methoxy quino antibacterial drug .In vitro showed against gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria, anaerobic bacteria, acid fast bacteria and atypical organisms such as Mycoplasma, chlamydia and Legionella have broad-spectrum antibacterial activity. Moxifloxacin hydrochloride antibacterial mechanism for the interference of II, IV topoisomerase.
